You don’t start from a logo. You start from a point, the one where you are now, and you explore from there. Just like in the discovery phase of Design Thinking, you observe without judgement and gather what emerges.

We’ll explore your professional identity and the blocks that may be holding you back through creative exercises grounded in Human-Centered Design and Design Thinking.
Guided observation, structured reflection, and co-creation sessions. Collective exploration, dialogue, and feedback moments. Space for deep listening and for shaping new directions with clarity.
Discovering the place
Yes, it’s also a proper trip. We’ll visit cultural sites, eat local food, and enjoy ourselves along the way.
But we won’t just skim the surface. We’ll experience the real identity of the place, guided by a travel designer who knows the territory from the inside. Cultural encounters, landscapes, conversations, details you wouldn’t notice on your own.

In Human-Centered Design, the role of a workshop facilitator is similar to that of an experienced traveler: observing, translating, and making space for insight to emerge.
That’s exactly our role at a.punto. We help you orient yourself within your own identity, turning scattered questions into clear direction.
We stay with you in the moments of “I don’t know” and show you how to turn uncertainty into something practical. A compass, not a fog.
